Our final General Membership Meeting of 2021 will include a great presentation by Rick Green, Executive Editor of the Press Democrat, as well as the election of our 2022 Board of Directors and Advisory Council.  This will also be the last meeting with Marlene Soiland as our President who has led our organization so valiantly the past 18 months.  We have a jammed packed agenda with some fun, excitement, and interesting information – perfect to conclude another year for the Sonoma County Alliance.

Rick Green is in his first year as Executive Editor of the Press Democrat, bringing his fabulous experience from a highly recognized career throughout the newspaper business.  Rick has already implemented numerous programs involving content, community, and reader participation.  Rick and the ownership of the Press Democrat continue to have an unwavering commitment to our community and providing a nationally acclaimed newspaper to to our region.  Rick’s presentation is sure to be entertaining and informative.

Our Breakfast Sponsor this month will be from Paul Yeomans and his team at the Exchange Bank.  Did you know that Alliance President Marlene Soiland has served on the Board of Exchange Bank for almost 15 years?  The Exchange Bank is truly a community bank and has generously supported our organization since our inception 45+ years ago.

Our GMM’s are in-person events following all the current covid protocols.  Pre-Paid members are automatically registered.  For those that can’t attend in person, remote access will remain in place for the foreseeable future.  The in-person breakfast fee is $25 and there is currently no charge for remote (zoom) access for members and guests.
